She holds a Master's degree in Real Estate.

Her practice is built around one principle: structured positioning over generic distribution. Clients engage ZY IMMO Capital not for listings, but for strategic entry — understanding how to approach Cyprus correctly, how to align capital, residency and legal structure from the outset, and which sequence of steps protects the outcome.
